30,000 enquiries a year on the Migros Infoline, up to 25,000 enquiries for product tests and countless reviews on the Internet: hardly anyone is as concerned with products as Migros customers. The retailer is therefore offering them new insights into the production of some of their favourite products - and is publishing their lists of ingredients, including quantities, online. The campaign, significantly named «Migileaks», was realised in close cooperation with M-Industry: The otherwise strictly confidential information is used in exactly the same way in the production plants.
